  1. Read all the steps below BEFORE continuing
  2. CLICK ME
  3. In the New window click on EXTRAS Download link top right
  4. Select DESKTOP CLIENT
  5. Select Download, run, OK, yes etc - you want this program to start
  6. The ITBLUE pro will take it from there

B. ITBRMM

  1. Read all the steps below BEFORE continuing
  2. CLICK ME
  3. In the New window IF required click (Save, Run, Go, Ok, Depending on your browser.)
  4. If required x2 click on the file downloaded and then Run, Ok, Go, etc to make it work (In some browsers you may first have to click the down arrow, then KEEP)
  5. The ITBLUE pro will take it from there

B. ITBTV

  1. Read all the steps below BEFORE continuing
  2. CLICK ME (Works on Windows, Linux and MacOS)
  3. In the New window click (Save, Run, Go, Ok, Depending on your browser.)
  4. If required x2 click on the file downloaded and then Run, Ok, Go, etc to make it work
  5. Provide the ITBLUE pro with the ID and password generated
